Q. How long has Esoteric Sports been in business?
A. In our 20 years of business, we have successfully hosted over 22,000 satisfied customers.

Q. Do you give a discount for groups?
A. We do offer discounts for groups, depending on the size and event, the discount can vary.

Q. Can I purchase the package without tickets?
A.  Esoteric Sports specializes in complete travel programs. Call us to discuss if a specific program has a "no ticket" option. We can help with group tickets or season tickets, too.

Q. Are you members of any professional organizations?
A. Yes.  We are members of American Society of Travel Agents and Better Business Bureau.
 
Q. Who are some of your clients?
A. Our customer base is comprised of hundreds of America's top corporations, advertising and promotions agencies, marketing companies, travel agencies and incentive houses.  For a detailed listing of our customers, please refer to the Clients Section of our website.
 
Q. Do you cater to single travelers or only groups?
A. We welcome individual travelers, as well as groups.  

Q. Can you customize your programs or design a package specifically to fit my needs?
A. Absolutely.  We can make modifications to one of our pre-designed programs.  Or, we will develop a complete sports hospitality or incentive program based on your specifications. 
 
Q. Do you handle any special sports trips?
A. We can provide a complete travel program to any sporting event in America, based on your specifications.  
 
Q. How do I reserve one of your sports travel programs?
A. In order to guarantee availability and pricing, we recommend making reservations as soon as possible.  For reservations, please call us at 800-321-8008 or e-mail us at info@esotericsports.com.
 
Q. Explain the pricing?
A. All prices are per person, based on the number of travelers sharing a room: 
Single- One person in a room
Double- Two people sharing a room
Triple- Three people sharing a room
 
Q. How much is the deposit and when is it due?
A. A 50% deposit due within 10 days of reservation.
 
Q. When is the final payment due?
A. Final payments are due 60 days prior to departure. For Masters Golf and groups of 10 or more, final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.

Q. How can I pay for my trip?
A. Esoteric Sports accepts agency, company or personal checks.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted with a 3% administration fee.
 
Q. Do you just sell tickets only?
A. We specialize in providing corporations with season tickets and group tickets to all college and professional baseball, football, basketball, PGA and NASCAR events.  
 
Q. Can I upgrade my tickets and extend my stay?
A. Absolutely.  We offer ticket upgrades and extra hotel night stays for all of our events.
 
Q. Do you handle airline arrangements?
A. All of Esoteric Sports programs are priced as "land only."  We can provide airline tickets for any event, at a guaranteed price.

Q. I'm running a promotion, sweepstakes or incentive program and will not have the travelers names until later.  How do I make reservations?
A. We will place your order as names "to be announced."  We do request you provide your traveler's names at least one week prior to departure for the event.
 
Q. When will I get my documents?
A. We offer the convenience of e-documents, to insure you have all the important travel informaton needed at your fingertips. In some cases, we Federal Express documents to you 7 to 10 business days prior to depature.

Q. When will I get my tickets?
A. Our policy is to distribute all tickets on the day of the event at the hotel, unless prior arrangmenets have been made.

Q. Do you work with travel agents?
